The Downland Pre-mix Spray Pump is a simple, robust pumping system for either dispensing pre-mix into vibration cast moulds or spraying non-structural decorative products such as artificial rocks.
The Pre-mix Spray Pump is based around a high-output, large bore peristaltic pump driven by a variable speed hydrostatic gearbox/motor and fed by an unrestricted inlet coupled to a conical polyproplene hopper.
The pump drive is reversible and the whole system is easily cleaned by hosing down the hopper and then pumping through a rubber ball which thoroughly cleans the pipework.
The pump is controlled by a sensitive airflow switch air when spraying pre-mix or by a footswitch when the pump is used for vibration casting.
